Although we work in ten week blocks for paying, new pupils trying out classes of up to one hour are asked to pay only a £7 cash deposit at the first lesson. This payment is deducted from the bill, you then receive an account for the remainder of the term which is payable upon returning to the class. By using this system it allows for a trial lesson before committing to the full amount payable. If you enrol during a term you will be charged for the number of weeks remaining. Due to escalating bank charges we can not accept cheques for less than £20 (or add 50 pence if under £20). We have no facilities to accept credit or debit cards.
If a pupil cannot attend any of the lessons for any reason then a different class may be attended to make up the lost lesson. Please be aware no refunds can be given for classes not attended and that all fees are payable in advance at the beginning of the term.
